University Teaching Award

The Teaching Strategy and Digitalisation Division coordinates the request for proposals and the selection process of the University Teaching Award for outstanding achievements in teaching. The University Teaching Award is presented annually and is endowed with EUR 10,000. 

The selection for the University Teaching Award is made by the Permanent Senate Commission on Academic Affairs. The Commission also decides which University Teaching Award winner will be nominated for the Baden-Württemberg State Teaching Award. The Baden-Württemberg State Teaching Award itself is only awarded every two years.
